Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with strong project management capabilities to support strategic HR initiatives and business objectives. The incumbent will partner with stakeholders across functions, drive project execution, manage employee-centric initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of organizational programs.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and project coordination skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  2. Succession PlanningIdentify critical roles and build leadership pipelines. Partner with managers to assess and develop future successors.
  3. Talent DevelopmentDesign and execute growth, upskilling, and learning programs. Support capability building aligned with business needs.
  4. Policies & ComplianceDraft, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs. Ensure statutory compliance and governance across HR processes
  5. Employee Communication & CulturePromote transparency and strong communication across teams. Drive engagement initiatives and cultural alignment
