Hydro Power Plants

Manikaran Hydro Private Limited (MHPL) is in business of Operation & Maintenance as well as acquisition / construction of New Hydro Generation Assets. MHPL has acquired 10 MW Small Hydro Electric Project, namely, (2 x 2.5 MW) Drinidhar Small Hydro Electric Project and (2 x 2.5 MW) Upper Khauli Small Hydro Electric Project in 2021.

Project Under Operations & Maintenance

Drinidhar and Upper Khauli Small Hydro Power Plants are a major step of MHPL towards harnessing hydroelectric potential in Himachal Pradesh. It utilise the inflow of the tributary, namely, Brahl Khad & Khauli Khad of the Beas River for generation of power on run-of-the-river basis. The Both Power Plants was commissioned in the years 2010.

Project Under Construction

Indira Priyadarshini Hydro Power Private Limited (IPHPPL) is another majot stepping stone towards Green Field Projects in Himachal Pradesh. It is a Run of River Small Hydro Power Plant & based on the inflow of the tributary, named Manuni Khad for generation of power. All government permissions have been approved & construction of plant has started with full swing.
