Job Description

• Contract Drafting, Review and Negotiation.
• NDA, LoI’s, Consultancy Agreements, PPA, O&M, EP, EPC, SAAS, License Agreement.
• Review of bids, tenders and RfPs.
• Risk analysis of contractual agreements.
• Briefing business team on risks.
• Sound knowledge and experience in IBC related work.
• Prepare Correspondence, draft and agreement as per the requirement.
• Liaison with Government authorities as and when required..
• Coordinate with management & marketing people in daily basis.
• Ensure Legal Proceedings of a company is met with highest possible standards.

Total Experience – 8 10 yrs

Qualification – LLB (5 years)/ LLM
