We are hiring freshers as Management Trainee – Business Development, Qualification MBA Sales and Marketing
- Business Development & Strategy • Identify and develop new business opportunities in power trading (bilateral contracts, exchanges, open access markets). • Expand client base including industrial consumers, distribution companies (DISCOMs), and renewable energy developers. • Develop and execute strategies for market entry and growth across regions.
- Market Analysis • Monitor electricity market trends, pricing, demand-supply dynamics, and regulatory changes. • Analyze opportunities in Day-Ahead Market (DAM), Real-Time Market (RTM), Term Ahead Market (TAM), and bilateral trading. • Provide actionable insights to trading teams for better decision-making.
- Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (utilities, generators, traders, regulators). • Negotiate contracts and close deals for power purchase/sale agreements. • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Regulatory & Compliance • Stay updated with regulations from authorities like CERC, SERCs, and power exchanges. • Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory frameworks and company policies.
- Coordination & Execution • Collaborate with internal trading, scheduling, and risk teams to execute transactions. • Support deal structuring, pricing, and risk assessment. • Track deal performance and profitability.
