Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a cost budget for various teams.
  • Generate MIS and present analytics
  • Constant interaction with SLDC, RLDCs and NLDC
  • In-depth understanding of power exchange operations, power trading, and energy management systems.
  • Finalization of strategic alliances, market analysis, and development & pricing of products based on market/customer specifications.
  • Daily analysis of business development team through target vs. . achievement analysis.
  • Review of business development team on a timely basis for performance analysis.
  • Tracking of business development team daily on their assigned work/meeting with the clients.
  • Providing technical service support to our BD team and resolving their issues and concerns.
Required skill and experience:
  • Demonstrated industry-recognized operations and management of electricity and trading.
  • Regulatory compliances and knowledge of the Electricity Act 2003 and the Grid Code.
  • Knowledge of Open Access, LTOA, MTOA, and STOA procedures.
  • Skilled in system studies/analysis.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management and administration

  • Coal Sourcing, Trading and Logistics for Coal Trading operations in the domestic market for imported coal.
  • Sourcing, Trading and Logistics from Domestic coal sources.
  • Assess the coal requirement of customers in Cement, Power & Sponge Iron Industries.
  • Responsible for all commercial activities right from sending offers, negotiation and finalisation of contracts till obtaining discharge port results for smooth negotiation on LC.
